These terms of service set out the rules for using the website available at telewizja.silvertv.pl. The website is informational in nature and presents Silver TV's activities.

1.2. The website available at telewizja.silvertv.pl (hereinafter the "Website") is informational and image-building in nature. It presents Silver TV's offer for partners, materials for the media, and information about the 50+ generation.

2. Definitions
2.1. Website – the telewizja.silvertv.pl website together with its subpages.
2.2. User – any person using the Website.
2.3. Service Provider – Silver TV sp. z o.o., the entity operating the Website.
