This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect on the telewizja.silvertv.pl website, for what purpose and on what legal basis, and what rights you have. Clear rules and the security of your data matter to us.

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is SILVER TV Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw (03-872), ul. 2. What data we collect and for what purpose

Contact form and chat: the first and last name or company name, email address, phone number and message content you provide. We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry and to continue the correspondence.

Statistical data: if you give your consent, we collect anonymous information about the use of the website (e.g. sections visited, device type) using analytics tools.

Legal bases: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (taking action at your request) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in handling inquiries and maintaining contact). For analytics and cookies other than necessary ones, the basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, i.e. your consent.

3. Cookies

Necessary: required for the website to function correctly, always set.

Analytics: Google Analytics 4, run only after you give your consent. We use the Google Consent Mode mechanism, which blocks the storage and reading of analytics data until consent is given.

Marketing: linked to Google Ads (conversion measurement). They operate in Google Consent Mode's limited mode; marketing cookies are not stored without your consent.

You can manage your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the website footer and in your browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

4. Recipients of data and tools

We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf or provide website functionality:

  • Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4) — website traffic statistics,
  • Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Ads) — conversion measurement and marketing activities,
  • Web3Forms — handling submissions from the contact form and chat to our mailbox,
  • LightWidget — displaying our Instagram feed,
  • Google (YouTube) — embedded video content,
  • Hostinger — website hosting.

Some providers (e.g. Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). This takes place on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

5. How long we store data

We store correspondence data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain contact, and afterward for a period resulting from our legitimate interest or applicable law. We store analytics data in accordance with the settings of the analytics tool or until consent is withdrawn.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, transfer it, object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (President of the Polish Data Protection Authority) (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
